Application procedure: Prospectus including application forms are available for sale from March 26, 2009 on payment of Rs. 1400/- (Rs. 700/- for SC/ST Category) in the Post Offices at Chandigarh (Sector - 14, 17, 36 and 47), Amritsar (Court Road, Head Post Office), Abohar (Old Court Road), Delhi (Gole Post Office, Cannaught Place), Dharamshala (The Mall), Hoshiarpur (Near District Courts), Kurukshetra (Near Railway Station), Ludhiana (Bharat Nagar Chowk), Mohali (Phase-l), Muktsar (Head Post Office), Panchkula (Sector-8), Sangrur (Head Post Office, Near Ghanlaghar), Shimla(The Mall).
Form can also be had by post from the Manager Publication Bureau, P.U. Chandigarh on payment of Rs. 1480/- (General Category) (Rs. 780/- for SC / ST Category) through Bank Draft only drawn in favour of the Registrar, P.U. Chandigarh, payable at Chandigarh only.
Last date of submission of Forms: April 22, 2009 upto 4:00 p.m. & upto 07.05.2009 with late fee of Rs.1000/-
Date of Entrance Test : OCET: 30th May to 2nd June, 2009 at Chandigarh only.
